To ensure compatibility, customers should confirm their monitor size is within 42 inches, the VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and the weight is 6.6-33lbs. The desk thickness should be 0.4''-1.97'' for clamp mounts or 0.4''-2.14'' with a hole diameter of 0.4''-2.4'' for grommet mounts.

If the monitor's VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, a VESA extender adapter (model MU9010) should be purchased. For desks thicker than 1.97 inches, customers can contact MOUNTUP for a suitable longer clamp.

MOUNTUP monitor arms cannot be mounted on glass tables for safety reasons. A reinforcement plate (model MU0038) should be used if mounting on a glass table.
